Welcome to La Melusina, a stone property from the early 19 th century located in the heart of Italy, Le Marche. Its name recalls the 13th-century ancestral sculpture of a fairy with a woman’s body and a fish’s tail, set in an architrave inside the house, a symbol of authentic Italy and its rich history.
The house offers 10 sleeps in 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms in the main house with 3 bathrooms and 1 bedroom with a bathroom and kitchenette in the depandance suite. All rooms are air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi is available throughout.
The exterior offers a magnificent infinity pool, beautifully furnished spaces for dining and relaxing, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and ancient stone walls, as well as distinctive details such as a kitchenette with a wood-fired oven and stone barbecue, and a secret garden overlooking the picturesque Monte Vettore with all the comforts of a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxation area, a dining room, and an adjacent vegetable garden and fruit trees.
